Privacy notice

The short version
The form generator and the whole-park tool store nothing. Your answers and pitch list are used to work out the figures and build the PDF in memory, and are gone the moment it is sent to you — they are never written to a database or a log. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party trackers on this site.
The only personal data kept is what you type into the optional reminder form after downloading, if you choose to use it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is RDZZ LTD (company number 14352914), 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4BS.
For anything in this notice, including a request to see or delete your data, email privacy@pitchledger.co.uk.
What is collected, and why
| Data | Why | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address | To send the reminder you asked for, roughly five weeks before next year's notice deadline. One email a year. | Until you ask us to stop, or two years after the last reminder — whichever is sooner. |
| Park name and review month (both optional) | To time the reminder and address it sensibly. | Same as the email address. |
| A one-way hash of your IP address | To stop one connection flooding the sign-up form. Your IP address itself is never stored — only a salted SHA-256 hash of it, which cannot be turned back into an address. | Alongside the sign-up. |
Nothing you enter into the form generator or upload as a pitch list — names, addresses, pitch references, fees — is collected. It never leaves the request that builds your figures or your PDF.
Lawful basis for reminders
Consent, under Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR. You give it by entering your email and asking for the reminder; you can withdraw it at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link in any reminder or by emailing the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already sent.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Vercel and the reminder list is stored in Supabase, both acting as processors under contract. Data is held in the European Economic Area. It is not sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing, and there is no advertising on this site.
If we contacted your business
If you run a residential park home site in England, we may have written to your business once about Pitchledger. The controller for that contact is RDZZ LTD, as above.
- Where your details came from: the site's entry on its local council's public register of park home sites, and the business contact address your organisation publishes (its website or Companies House).
- What we keep: the organisation and site name, the business contact route we used, when we contacted you, and any reply.
- Why, and on what basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) in telling site operators about a service directly relevant to running a park. We send at most one follow-up. There are no tracking pixels and no automated sending — each message is written and sent by a person.
- How long: deleted 12 months after our last contact if nothing comes of it.
- Stopping it: object at any time by replying “no” or emailing privacy@pitchledger.co.uk. We then delete your details and keep only a suppression key — a minimal record that stops us contacting you again.
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold or have it corrected, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being used, or ask for it in a portable format. Email privacy@pitchledger.co.uk and you will get a reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how that goes, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
